Many patients come to us with healthy teeth but are unhappy with their size or shape. This young woman, for example, felt her teeth were too short and didn’t fully complement her smile. After exploring a Trial Smile design and using digital planning, we were able to create a smile that met her expectations. We made very minimal changes to her natural teeth. If “prepless” veneers aren’t an option, we take a conservative approach, making slight surface adjustments while preserving the tooth’s structure and enamel for a strong bond.
